I hate it when there is a song in your head that you just can't get out. Over and over again the bloody thing keeps playing in my head like a broken record, driving me slowly mad. Not really mad, but it really does annoy me. I've tried listening to other songs over and over again, I've tried watching telly or really doing anything to take my mind off of it and there is nothing.

Its fuckin' awesome to have a boyfriend with generators. Makes power outages much warmer, even though I still can't retain heat worth anything. The mutts love the snow. They don't even care that it is almost taller than them. My white German shepherd Wilson pretty much vanishes when he goes outside to use the dog loo and my other pup just lops around like a right idiot. Though it is cute, I'll admit it. They make me smile.

Anyway, nice to start the New Year without having to work. Then again I'm sort of staying at my boss' house so if he wanted me to do something I probably would. Whatev.

I hope everyone who is snowed in stays safe and warm. I'm going to go back to watching telly now.

Holiday break is brilliant, especially with all the snow little Bristol appears to be getting. Didn't ever see snow much in England. Made my first real snowman in the neighbor's yard today; or more, helped her kids make it. The mutts are going nuts as if the snow if really cocaine or something. I can't get them to want to come inside, the silly creatures.

My boyfriend is such a bleedin' sweetheart its ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous but also very cute. You know what he had sent to my flat today? Flowers. A big bouquet of roses that were perfect in every way. Thank you, luv, by the by. I've gone and put them in a vase with water and all that and set them atop my telly. The mutts tried sniffing at them, ridiculous little creatures, getting pollen in their nose and sneezing up a storm.

Anyway, how about the crazy weather everyone seems to be having? It was downright chilly today and I'm hoping we'll see some snow because back home really all we got in London was rain. Snow has always been a treat.

I bagged one of the hottest blokes the other day get this: While watching Iron Man. So not only did I have the absolutely brill Robert Downey Jr.'s voice in my ear but I had the gorgeous Evan Elkins doing things I never thought possible.

Brilliant brilliant bloody fucking brilliant. I love this country. The end.

My professor is a fuckin' wanker. Did I expect to receive full credit on an assignment I turned in late? Certainly not. Yet in his syllabus he claims that for every day it is late he'll dock 10%. I'm bloody well fine with that. However I walk in today after his Thursday morning classes and hand him my paper and what does the bastard do? Marks it down 50% because he claims he expects more from me.

That is absolutely ridiculous. Whatever, the stupid minger. I think I'm going to just go have a pop about the park with the dogs to try and clear my mind of this shite. Always seems to help.
